Mod svn for apache 2.4 with serf and openssl including the command line tools and mod_dontdothat is now on the Download page.

As promised I put the mod_authz_svn and mod_dontdothat readmes into the doc folder

I just noticed that we release svn since 1.6.12 that has been a while!
