2) Sometimes this error come up by mixing 32 bit and 64 bit apps. Is your apache 64 bit?

I'm trying to execute a command console "svn.exe --version"

It would be nice if you can translate that. My russian is zero and I can't copy paste the text into a translator since it is an image.

I tried that on several computers and wasn't able to reproduce that.

Did you unpack the file into your apache directory?

Please try the following:
download and unpack apache and unpack mod_svn into that and see if that runs. Cause I can't reproduce that issue on my computers nor in VMs

He took files from Apache (libapr-1.dll, libapriconv-1.dll, libaprutil-1.dll, libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll) put it in a folder SVN it worked thanks!
