Here's what I know.
The 2.2.16 release candidate was just made available a couple hours ago. If it passes inspection and testing then 2.2.16 should be officially released around Sunday.
The 2.3.7 release candidate ought to come out sometime around the end of the month. If it passes inspection and testing it should be released officially 72 hours after the candidate comes out, just like in 2.2.x.
