I've been seeing a few of these apache restarts after moving to the 2.2.17 64-bit apachehaus build.  Lots of other stuff has changed (new Win2008 server OS, VM instead of hardware, etc.), so it could easily be caused by something else.  However, I was curious if anyone else has seen them or has some clues on what could cause them.
