I think this is the right place to ask this question, trying to install Apache 2.4.17 VC11, does it mean it is compiled by using Visual Studio 2012, and should I install MS C++ Redistributable package 2012, if I've already installed Visual Studio 2015 Community, just making sure before installation, waiting for positive reply........

Yes, VC11 = Visual Studio/C++ 2012
I do not have the "Community" edition but my Visual Studio 2015 also installed the VC11 redistributable. Check c:\windows\system32 for msvcr110.dll, if you have it you should be good to go.
