Please with access.log i can see hows conect to streaming and what he is whatch but how can i see in real time when the client start and stop streaming

Aside from monitoring the output from mod_status, I do not know of any other way.

There are no options to allow that in the module itself. I guess server admins do not need pretty. But if you are looking for a pretty server-status, this works well. It requires mod_lua so it requires Apache 2.4, but if that is what you have, you might like this.
