On the Downloads page I can't find a download for Mod Subversion (1.8.8 ) for Apache 2.4 x64 and VC09.

There is a download for Mod Subversion for Apache 2.4 and VC11 however (http://www.apachehaus.com/cgi-bin/download.plx#MODULES24VC11 (http://www.apachehaus.com/cgi-bin/download.plx#MODULES24VC11)).
I'm currently running WAMPServer 2.4 x64 build with Visual Studio 2010, and the Mod Subversion for Apache 2.4 x64 and VC11 does not work in this setup.
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 173 of D:/wamp/bin/apache/Apache2.4.4/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server: The specified module could not be found. .
I hope you are able to add Mod Subversion (1.8.8 ) for Apache 2.4 x64 and VC09. Much obliged!

I'm on it. Compiling is one thing. The other thing that it takes some time to test the binaries for working.
