Will Apache 2.2.15 run on Windows Server Standard 64 Bit ?

And will MOD_JK 32 Bit work with Apache 64Bit ?

2.2.15 (32 or 64 bit) will run on Server 2008 R2
32 bit modules will not run on 64 bit Apache
