New module mod_brotli has been included. Sorry there is no basic sample configuration for it yet.
New OpenSSL 1.1.0f builds also available.
mod_http2 is not longer "experimental" but is instead considered fully production ready.
No LibreSSL builds this time around, see this forum post (https://forum.apachehaus.com/index.php?topic=1481.0) about why this is and what you can do to replace your Apache 2.4/LibreSSL build.

Sorry, no OpenSSL 1.0.1 downgrades for VC11, OpenSSL 1.0.1 went End-Of-Life at the end of 2016.
