Hi,

I was just testing your Apache 2.4/SVN 1.7.7 combination. But it appears, that the file mod_svn-1.7.7-ap24-x86.zip is empty. It doesn't contain anything in the bin and modules folders.

Could you take a look at these files?

I replaced the zip. Now it should work for you. If you still have a problem please report it.
