Title: PHP 5.2.9-2 (Windows) released

This release focuses on fixing security flaws in the included OpenSSL library. The OpenSSL library has been updated to 0.9.8k, which includes fixes for these flaws.

Since the ongoing discussion over at AL on the eAccelerator I thought I'd try again.
It was nice of Tom to give clues.  Success in VC6, 90 something errors in VC9. It seems to want SDK 2003r2 I guess. I'm not in a hurry to find out for sure  ;D
