Is there any way to re-download the Mod FCGID binary posted on your download page on December 12, 2017?  The exact name of the file I need is mod_fcgid-2.3.9-2.4.x-x86.zip.  It showed 65.0 KB.  The description is a binary compatibility alternative to Apache module mod_fastcgi for Apache 2.4.x

I believe this was the last VC9 version, and I need it to test a legacy configuration on Windows Server 2003 R2, x86.  Believe it or not, that server is still being used in a production environment.  Of course, it is isolated from Internet use, and does not handle any connections outside of a dedicated subnet.
